Rental Application Form

To begin booking your housing please fill out the rental application form and submit it here.
Please issue the $35 administrative fee by Zelle to info(at)silverstarhousing(dotted)com

Applications will be processed in the order that they are received. Once the application has been submitted and the fee has been paid the application will be reviewed.

If you decide not to proceed with our housing after submitting the application, the administrative fee is non-refundable.

    Application Screening & Credit Authorization Disclosure

    By submitting an application, the applicant authorizes Silver Star Housing, Inc. to obtain consumer reports, which may include credit and/or background information, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable California and Los Angeles laws.

    Silver Star Housing may, but is not required to, obtain a credit report or conduct a background screening for each applicant. Certain applicants, including students or first-time renters, may be evaluated using alternative qualification criteria. Our screening practices are designed to provide all applicants with a fair and equal opportunity for housing.

    Applicants may request that rental payment history be reported, by emailing [email protected] at the time of move in. Such requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law and reporting-agency requirements.

    Screening decisions may be based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to rental history, references, credit, background check, prior evictions, guarantor information (if applicable), and overall application completeness.

    Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. All screening is conducted in a manner consistent with federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
