Rental Application Form

Applicant warrants that everything is true and correct on the application. We reserves the right and you authorize by signing this document for our company to conduct a standard screening with or without a credit report. We do not guarantee we background or credit check your housemates. If any information here is false and silver star housing reasonably relied on this information when making the decision to lease, the lease term will be considered void at silver star's discretion and termination of the tenancy may be given or a notice. Silver star is a lessor and our rates and services vary from the landlord. We may call any number disclosed at any point in time that is listed on this application. If the prospective resident is securing a bed or apartment site unseen or seen they understand we do not guarantee the accuracy of the floor plan, floor estimate, images, website, virtual tour, in person tour of the model unit or an actual apartment, or the description of the apartment. Any attempt to break the lease will not be authorized. We do allow our tenants to find a lessor-approved subtenant at silver star's discresion. If we can not reach your references we will begin reviewing the next application in line. All genders are welcome and treated equally. Pricing is subject to change at any point in time before the lease or holding agreement is signed. Furniture alterations are not permitted unless written within the lease agreement. Our standard beds are twin or twin xl (if you need a twin xl or are over 6ft please email us at [email protected] and notify us before signing the lease agreement).
