Our closest location is across the street from UCLA, approximately an 8-minute walk to UCLA’s Ackerman Ballroom, based on a timed walk.

Book an in-person or virtual tour by contacting [email protected] or texting 310-494-1153. Tours are available Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–5:30 PM, by appointment only. We do not offer walk-ins, as we manage multiple locations and may not be onsite at the specific apartment you wish to view.

When reaching out, please let us know what type of apartment you are interested in, such as:

• Full 2-bedroom apartments (2 bed / 1 bath, 2 bed / 1.5 bath, or 2 bed / 2 bath)

• 1 bedroom + den apartments (for up to 3 residents)

To apply, visit our website and click “Apply Now.” Please have a photo of your driver’s license ready to upload.

You will hear back from us within 24–48 hours regarding approval. If approved, you will receive an email inviting you to place your deposit, sign the holding agreement, and submit the deposit funds. Please note: Approval alone does not reserve an apartment. An apartment is only held once the deposit is received and the holding agreement is signed.

Afterward, you will review and sign the lease agreement. The final step is to schedule your move-in, which is typically done about one month before your arrival. Detailed move-in instructions will be sent to you in advance.

We offer individual leases, meaning the resident has their own lease and is responsible only for their own rent and individual payments. Group leases are also available.

Our standard lease term is one year. Subletting is permitted and outlined in the lease.

We offer June 15th and September 1st starting dates. Select units begin September 15th. Availability varies by apartment.

You may arrive any day on or after your lease start date. Move-in scheduling is handled by email once move-in guidelines are sent. Please respond to [email protected] to schedule your move-in. Times are flexible.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is already connected and ready for use at move-in. Speeds are up to 1 gig.

Yes. All furnished units are fully set up prior to move-in with the bonus 60+ inch smart TV’s

We recommend bringing items such as your personal belongings, clothes, linens, toiletries, shower curtain, hangers, pots/pans/dishes/silverware, and any personal décor.

No, we do not offer unfurnished housing. Based on our experience, unfurnished apartments are simply not practical for students who typically stay 10 months to one year. Many students have told us that purchasing furniture for such a short stay is not worth the investment.

To furnish an apartment to the standard we provide would cost approximately $8,000. Even if you plan to stay two years, it’s worth considering: is it practical to buy everything, only to resell items later at a steep loss? For example, a $1,000 TV often resells for $100 or less. The same question comes up with subletting—if you leave for a quarter, your subtenant will need furniture, Wi-Fi, and utilities already in place, yet they are unlikely to purchase furniture for a short 2–3 month stay.

Furnished housing eliminates all of these complications.

All of our apartments include high-speed Wi-Fi, with the equipment already installed and ready to go—one less thing to set up during a busy school year. You also avoid the hassle of mounting TVs, moving heavy mattresses, or transporting large appliances.

We often suggest that students create an online shopping cart and pretend they are checking out just to see the true cost of going unfurnished. Almost every reaction is the same: “Unfurnished is no longer even a consideration.”

Yes. Pets are allowed according to lease requirements.

Your first month’s rent is due by your move-in date. However, if your lease starts September 1st or later, the rent is due September 1st though it will be pro-rated (meaning you only pay for the days of your lease for example 15-30th).

The deposit is due to hold the apartment once approved and becomes the security deposit after move-in. Without a deposit on file and a holding agreement signed your space is not held.

Residents are responsible for setting up LADWP (800-342-5397) and SoCal Gas (877-238-0092). Instructions are provided with move-in guidelines.

The water and trash bill is already connected and billed monthly to tenants based on usage.
